Welcome to the team: Inesa Karlikov introduces herself

When I was still at secondary school, I decided that I wanted to work in programming because I was always interested in how programmes work in the background. I came to Germany at the age of 18 and successfully completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist. I was then able to gain valuable experience as a software developer in the fields of finance and medicine. It is important to me to have the opportunity for further development and I am happy when I can take on challenging tasks rather than trivial tasks. That's why I'm very happy to be part of IngSoft and I really enjoy working in a team.
